At Bower & Branch, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality trees and plants, delivered fresh from our expert growers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to assist you with any necessary modifications to your order.
When you place your order, you agree to the following:
Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Plant Whisperer Team at (866) 873-3888 or email plantwhisperers@bowerandbranch.com immediately.

The moment your order is placed, we begin the order preparation process. Your credit card is charged for the full order total at the time of purchase.

During our more active seasons (spring through fall), we immediately coordinate with our growers to plan the journey of your trees and plants.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of placement will be automatically refunded to your original payment method the next business day, less any Credit Card processing fees.

Special orders of trees unavailable on our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and will be automatically refunded to your original payment method the next business day, less any Credit Card processing fees.

Orders canceled within 7 days of placement will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, less a minimum of $100 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee may increase depending on the total order amount based on Credit Card Processing Fees.

All cancellations, including those placed within 72 hours, will incur a processing fee, which may vary based on the total order amount.
Q: What if my order has already been scheduled for delivery?
A: Once Orders have been scheduled for delivery internally, refunds are no longer available. Store Credit will be provided.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
A: Once your order has been shipped, no cancellations of any kind are accepted.
Order Changes
Q: Can I delay the shipping of my order?
A: Absolutely! We understand that weather conditions and personal schedules can affect your planting plans. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can hold your order for as long as you need. Our growers will continue to care for your plants until you're ready to receive them. Please contact our Plant Whisperer Team as soon as possible at (866) 873-3888 or email plantwhisperers@bowerandbranch.com to request a delay.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: We may be able to adjust your order depending on its processing status. Please contact our Plant Whisperers immediately to inquire about changes.
Q: Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
A: Once an order has been processed into our system, we cannot add discount codes. Please ensure any promotional codes are applied before completing your purchase.
Refunds

All refund requests made after the initial 7-day period will be issued as online store credit only, with an expiration date one year from the issue date. We do not issue cash refunds or checks.

If your order arrives inaccurately or defective, Bower & Branch will replace the affected item(s). Our growers carefully inspect every tree and plant before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.

If your item was damaged in transit, we will replace it, provided the damage is properly noted upon delivery.

Online store credit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Returns
We do not accept returns. However, if you have concerns about your tree(s) health upon arrival, please contact our Plant Whisperers for assistance.
