Bower & Branch Big Trees & Hedges – Order Change & Refund Policy

At Bower & Branch, we make every effort to fulfill every order with high-quality plants, as quickly as possible!

All orders are assigned to our Growers within 24 hours from order placement where then our Growers IMMEDIATELY tag, select and secure your trees and plants for delivery. The process to deliver your order fresh from the grower has begun!

Q: Can I delay the shipping of my order?

A: Of course! We understand that life and weather happens! Please call us as soon as possible to delay your order. If your order has not been sent through to shipping, we can delay your order for any length of time you request; our expert growers will continue to care for your trees or plants.

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Order cancellations within the 24 hours are automatically credited back to your credit card.  Order Cancellations within 24 hours will be processed the next business day. 

Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been harvested/shipped?

A: Due to the high freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on shipped orders for buyer's remorse. 

Q: Can I change my order or adjust my order?

A: We may be able to change or update your order, please contact our Plant Whisperers immediately.

Bower & Branch Design Studio – Order Change & Refund Policy

At Bower & Branch, we take pride in providing customized landscape designs tailored to your unique vision. Due to the personalized nature of our Design Studio orders, we have specific guidelines regarding order changes and refunds.

Order Changes

  • Design Services: Once a design consultation has started, changes can only be accommodated within the agreed-upon revision period of 45 days. Significant changes during the design process may incur additional costs and must be discussed with your designer beforehand.

  • Design Revisions: All design packages include one free round of revisions, if needed. However, once the 45-day revision period has passed, revisions are available at an added cost. Revisions are limited to plant substitutions and minor design adjustments. They do not include changes to the overall layout, hardscaping elements, or structural components of the design. Extensive redesign requests will require the purchase of a new design package. 

  • Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to input accurate information. Bower & Branch is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refund Requests must be made within 3 days of order placement and are subject to a 10% service charge. If a refund is processed before any communication or work has started, we will withhold 10% of the payment amount or a minimum of $100 to cover processing fees.  We do not offer refunds on designs that are in process, completed, and/or delivered.  No refund will be processed for any reason after 180 days from the date of order.

Engagement Timelines

  • You have 90 days from the date of your order to complete your space assessment.

  • If you choose to move forward after 90 days but before 365 days, pricing may have increased.

  • Your project and purchase will be forfeited if not completed within 365 days.
