Japanese Maple Trees

Japanese Maple trees are known the world over for their iconic leaves that are fiery shades of red. These trees have been growing in Japan, Korea, and central China since the 7th century, and were introduced to Europe over two-hundred years ago!

Today, Japanese Maple Trees are purchased for the year-round beauty they add to your garden. In spring they’re alight with large palm-like red leaves, and the winter reveals their strong, smooth bark and intricate branch systems. Japanese Maples are low-maintenance, and hardy when planted in the right climate. Japanese Maples can take on the spotlight in a small garden, or be made a color feature of a larger garden.
