Ways to Save at Bower & Branch

This was our 3rd purchase from Bower & Branch. Our experience continues to be excellent. This particular purchase was for a Sugar Maple tree for our Church and the communication between myself, Bower & Branch and the Church went very well. From initial search for the right tree, with guidance from the Founder of Bower & Branch, to Ordering and speaking with Paige, a "Plant Whisperer", to follow-up correspondence, and then final Delivery was very professional and seamless. The Trees we have ordered in the past are doing very well - a Peach Tree that is producing great tasting peaches and Arborvitae that look spectacular. Highly recommend this Company for your landscape needs - they do not disappoint!

We are absolutely delighted with Bower and Branch! 2 Gentlemen delivered and planted 6 Beautiful Tulip Poplars today. They were extremely professional and had excellent customer service !! Answered all our questions and of course told us to let them know if we had more questions. Could not be happier with this Company- highly recommend!!!

As part of a huge backyard landscaping project, we decided to purchase ten trees from Bower & Branch. This was our first experience with them and we were a little nervous to spend so much money buying trees on-line. However, because they had such an excellent selection of unique trees and their customer service folks were able to show us photo examples of the stock, we decided to move forward. The shipment arrived in early May with no issues and our landscaping crew planted all ten trees. Fast forward approximately one month and our three 6-7’ Slender Hinoki Cypress were showing serious signs of stress (note: we had not purchased the optional three-year warranty). We were trying to figure out what we were doing wrong (too much/not enough water, etc.) We reached out to B&B’s plant whisperer team and sent them photos of the trees. They recommended that we set up a Zoom call with one of their expert growers. We had the call with Don, their grower, on a Saturday morning and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately could tell that the tree failure was likely due to a harvesting or transportation issue on their end and not due to tree care on our end. Then, what he told us next absolutely floored us. He said they would immediately arrange for three new replacement trees at no cost to us! This was way beyond our expectations and we were so relieved! Fast forward again to late July and three beautiful new Slender Hinoki’s were delivered last week, have been planted, and are doing great. The bottom-line for us is that it is rare these days to experience such exceptional customer service as we received from Bower & Branch. Every step of the process from start to finish was exceptional. We can’t recommend them enough and will use them again in a heartbeat!

The tree I ordered from Bower & Branch was delivered today. Troy and Mike carefully unloaded my tree from their truck, wheeled it in a tree dolly to the planting site, expertly excavated the hole, and positioned the tree to take the best advantage of the height and width the extra large size offerred. Troy and Mike were patient throughout the process to assure I was completely satisfied. I am delighted with the fine quality of the tree I selected from Bower & Branch and grateful for the planting team's attention to every detail.

Delivery Driver James was above and beyond amazing!!! Spent 2 hours at our front yard not some curbside dump and drop!!!

Went the extra mile in extreme heat! Root ball was 1,200 lbs and James took great care not to damage the tree. He also guided us on how to roll into the area we dug out without damaging the tree or ourselves! I have bought from various tree companies for years but Bower & Branch delivery service is A++++ Thank you James!

The delivery and planting of our trees was smooth and without any hitches. The tree quality was impressive. Colby and Ki were experienced, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. Branch and Bower first planted 6 Flamethrower Redbuds for us a year ago - beautiful, spectacular little gems that passers-by still stop to admire. We then had 6 more redbuds - 3 Burgundy Hearts, 1 Black Pearl and 2 Ruby Falls (gorgeous!) - planted around the property in Nov. These sadly did not survive the brutal 2025 winter. B&B absolutely stood by their guarantee and promptly sent us even better, bigger replacement trees (all 6!). They also sent us 2 replacement sweetbay magnolias (which they’d planted for us last Aug and were struggling a bit) that we hadn’t asked for! AMAZING service!!! We highly recommend Branch & Bower to all our friends and family. Thank you Don, Jessica, and all the B&B planting teams (especially James)!

First time using this company. Had a small snafu where the wrong tree was planted and they immediately remedied it within 24 hours and were easy and seamless to work with. The planting process was excellent and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

I have had two trees delivered to my residence on separate occasions. Each experience has been pleasent, convenient and simple. The communication was excellent! I was given an estimated date and time of delivery and was made aware of any changes. The delivery drivers are wonderful! In fact, 'shout out' to James and Gio for being so courteous, professional and fun to interact with. They handled our particularly challenging delivery brilliantly and we all had a good belly laugh along the way. Kudos to the HR people who hire these young men, they are keepers!! I encourage others to give this company, Bowers and Branch a try. We will certainly purchase again.
