The Bower & Branch Experience — Delivered.

As part of a huge backyard landscaping project, we decided to purchase ten trees from Bower & Branch. This was our first experience with them and we were a little nervous to spend so much money buying trees on-line. However, because they had such an excellent selection of unique trees and their customer service folks were able to show us photo examples of the stock, we decided to move forward. The shipment arrived in early May with no issues and our landscaping crew planted all ten trees. Fast forward approximately one month and our three 6-7’ Slender Hinoki Cypress were showing serious signs of stress (note: we had not purchased the optional three-year warranty). We were trying to figure out what we were doing wrong (too much/not enough water, etc.) We reached out to B&B’s plant whisperer team and sent them photos of the trees. They recommended that we set up a Zoom call with one of their expert growers. We had the call with Don, their grower, on a Saturday morning and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately could tell that the tree failure was likely due to a harvesting or transportation issue on their end and not due to tree care on our end. Then, what he told us next absolutely floored us. He said they would immediately arrange for three new replacement trees at no cost to us! This was way beyond our expectations and we were so relieved! Fast forward again to late July and three beautiful new Slender Hinoki’s were delivered last week, have been planted, and are doing great. The bottom-line for us is that it is rare these days to experience such exceptional customer service as we received from Bower & Branch. Every step of the process from start to finish was exceptional. We can’t recommend them enough and will use them again in a heartbeat!

Delivery Driver James was above and beyond amazing!!! Spent 2 hours at our front yard not some curbside dump and drop!!!

Went the extra mile in extreme heat! Root ball was 1,200 lbs and James took great care not to damage the tree. He also guided us on how to roll into the area we dug out without damaging the tree or ourselves! I have bought from various tree companies for years but Bower & Branch delivery service is A++++ Thank you James!

Branch and Bower first planted 6 Flamethrower Redbuds for us a year ago - beautiful, spectacular little gems that passers-by still stop to admire. We then had 6 more redbuds - 3 Burgundy Hearts, 1 Black Pearl and 2 Ruby Falls (gorgeous!) - planted around the property in Nov. These sadly did not survive the brutal 2025 winter. B&B absolutely stood by their guarantee and promptly sent us even better, bigger replacement trees (all 6!). They also sent us 2 replacement sweetbay magnolias (which they’d planted for us last Aug and were struggling a bit) that we hadn’t asked for! AMAZING service!!! I have had two trees delivered to my residence on separate occasions. Each experience has been pleasent, convenient and simple. The communication was excellent! I was given an estimated date and time of delivery and was made aware of any changes. The delivery drivers are wonderful! In fact, 'shout out' to James and Gio for being so courteous, professional and fun to interact with. They handled our particularly challenging delivery brilliantly and we all had a good belly laugh along the way. Kudos to the HR people who hire these young men, they are keepers!! I encourage others to give this company, Bowers and Branch a try. We will certainly purchase again.

I had an amazing experience with Bower & Branch. It’s an incredible family-run company delivering extraordinary service. I had two large Jane magnolias delivered to my Brooklyn Heights balcony and planted in containers. They brought high quality soil and even cleaned everything up. Saved me time so I could focus on work and family responsibilities.
