The grape in question is made up of dense woody vines with a growth habit of ground-hugging and spreading. Purple seedless grapes, one of the hardiest European varieties, is the most common grape grown in California, fresh dried or for juices and wine, ripens august into September.

How To Plant Black Manukka Seedless Grape
Best planted in early spring after the last frost of the year. Seedless Grapes in general tend to do best in warmer climates with plenty of sunlight. However, if you live in a colder climate, the plant will go dormant for the winter season - this also makes it easier to prune come spring giving way to a fuller growing season. Like most Grapes, this plant requires full sun, enjoys well draining soil and being watered regularly.
How To Water
In its younger years, steady watering is necessary once a week for best fruit production. However, once mature, it is much easier to care for, water when dry and during times of drought.
How To Fertilize
Incorporate Elements Starter Plant Food granular form into the soil when planting. If planting in spring or summer, start fertilizing late fall using Elements Starter Plant food granular form on an annual basis each fall. Continue this for the first three years to get your plant well established.
