Why plant Mouse Ear Tickseed?
Mouse Ear Tickseed spreads joy and happiness in the summer garden. Semi-double golden flowers cover neat mounds of green foliage for weeks. If you’re diligent about snipping out the spent flowers, you may have continuous bloom from late May or June until fall. Mouse Ear tends to be a short-lived Spirit, but new seedlings often appear if you allow some flowers to go to seed. Its ephemeral nature makes it perfect for meadow plantings. Tickseed is also wonderful as a temporary space filler—use it around slow-growing Accents to provide color while the permanent plants fill out.

How To Fertilize
Incorporate Elements Starter Plant food granular form into the soil when planting. If planting in spring or summer, start fertilizing late fall using Elements Starter Plant food granular form on an annual basis each late fall. Continue this for the first three years to get your plant well established.
