Communication about planting dates should be vastly improved. I was initially told two to three weeks but received no further updates until several months later and thought I should have received businesslike communication several times about it by that point. BUT, the tree arrived in very good shape and the guy who planted it was very knowledgeable about plants and gardening and even knew quite a bit about the tree he was planting. He had to bring the tree in through fairly tight quarters but managed to do so without any damage at all to the tree or the garden gate. In short he did a great job and left me feeling very confident about this tree. Well done!
