I've had a great experience with Bower & Branch! Their customer service was super helpful when I was asking questions about a plant I was interested in buying, including sending pictures when I was asking about size. My 3XL Sioux Crape Myrtle was delivered and is beautiful, delivery was smooth and they were helpful when we asked questions about the plant as well. I loved being able to purchase a more mature tree that my local nurseries don't carry

Amazing Customer Service
We couldn’t be happier with our experience! The Bloodgood Japanese maple we ordered arrived in absolutely beautiful condition — healthy, vibrant, and exactly as described. Delivery was incredibly fast, and everything was so well-packed and protected. We were even able to get it planted today just before a perfect rainfall, which felt like great timing all around. Bower & Branch clearly takes pride in the quality of their plants and service. Highly recommend! A special thanks to Jessica for communication, and Freddie for delivering our tree!

Beautiful Cherry Tree!
Our cherry tree is just lovely. We are so happy with it and can't wait to see it grow. It is so pretty and healthy looking. It has a special spot it our newly done yard and should look gorgeous in the Spring. We are so grateful for the folks at Bower and Branch for their help in getting this tree and a couple others. She is a little beacon of hope in this yard (neighborhood and city) that was torn up by Hurricane Helene!!

Our Autumn Blaze Maples are so pretty!! They are so green and look so beautiful in our yard. It is such a joy having them and thinking of them living and growing here after losing all our trees to Hurricane Helene. The Black Gum tree is beautiful and healthy. The person delivering g the tree was very careful and expert at his job. Bower and Branch is an honest and quality company. The Black Gum tree was a warrantee replacement for another tree that did not do well with us. Bower and their tree whispererer were a pleasure to work with— and they lived up to their promise 100 percent. Thrilled to shop with them for a long time to come.

What a beautiful tree
I cannot say enough about the beautiful Crippsii Hinoki Cypress tree I received. It has been planted in a spot where we can see it in our back garden. It shines in green and gold. Its branches drape wonderfully. I only wish I could have afforded more and had another good planting spot to give an other tree a proper home in my partially shady garden.This one stands out as a focal point, no mistaking its elegance.
