Bower & Branch Landscape Design Tip:

Think of this tree like a piece of garden sculpture, then design around it the same way you’d design around a fountain or a boulder. Keep the supporting plants quiet, repeat one groundcover for a clean base, and let the cedar do the talking.

Why Plant Weeping Blue Lebanon Cedar?

Weeping Blue Lebanon Cedar is for the landscape that wants a signature moment. The branches naturally cascade, creating movement and drama, while the needles hold a cool blue tone that looks clean against stone, brick, and deep green evergreens. What makes it especially special is that it’s not a “one-shape-fits-all” tree, it can be trained as it grows, allowing you to guide the form into an upright weeper, a sweeping arch, or a cascading mound depending on your vision.

It brings year-round structure, winter interest, and a sculptural look that doesn’t rely on flowers or seasonal color. This is evergreen artistry, and it only gets better with time.

How to use Weeping Blue Lebanon Cedar in the landscape?

Plant it where the branching can be appreciated from multiple angles, near a patio, at the end of a walkway, or as a focal point in a front-yard bed. It’s especially effective near stonework, boulders, and retaining walls, where the cascading habit can soften hard edges and create a layered, high-end look. If you want height, stake a leader when young and train it upward; if you prefer a mounding cascade, allow it to spill naturally. Keep nearby plantings simple and low so the form stays the main feature, and give it room to develop without crowding.

Please expect orders with multiple items to be delivered over a number of days as a result. Orders made up of numerous items or selections will not arrive at your home on the same day.

Shipping Delays:

From time to time, Bower & Branch Growers may determine to delay order shipment based on various factors for plant health. Weather in your region, as well as, where your plants are grown, is always considered when shipping. Extreme weather conditions may delay some or all of your order. Bower & Branch allows our Growers to make final shipping decisions based solely to benefit your trees and plants’ health and success.

How Does Sizing Work?

The size of our trees have nothing to do with the container size like you may find elsewhere–big doesn't mean just height - it’s also vigor, age, and overall health. Other online retailers are going to tell you that a plant is a seven gallon, that means nothing to your tree or plant (or you.)

Our trees for sale online are graded on large, x-large, and even bigger sizes. This is because our trees are sized by their age—the higher the letter, the more mature the tree. The age determines the trees’ overall height, size of the trunk and the overall branch density.

All of these characteristics are what you should be looking for when choosing a tree for immediate impact and instant curb appeal. Our extra-large tree and plant sizes are sure to wow you and your neighbors!
