I was amazed at the overall excellence of my experience with Bower and Branch. After I ordered my 4XL tree, I got frequent communication about when it would be harvested and delivered. When the truck arrived, on time, I had the pleasure of meeting Troy and another young man who planted my tree. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very conscientious. They dug the most perfect hole I’ve ever seen and then carefully refilled around the rootball. They fertilized and watered and cleaned up every speck of dirt . My yard looked fantastic when they left, and my new tree is beautiful. I can’t recommend Bower and Branch highly enough!!

I think my Black Gum tree will grow beautifully into the wide canopy tree I want. The 6-7’ tree has only been growing in my lawn for a few
months. Just a note not to expect the gorgeous red fall colored leaves that are pictured. (I did read in the description that colors are red, yellow and orange.) But the picture dominated my imagination. However my tree’s fall leaf color is yellow-orange. Oh, well; it will still be a handsome tree one day.

We had an unexpected snow storm on the day our tree was to be planted. The roads were terrible with many accidents. The team member contacted us and we arranged a time the following day to keep him off of the very slick roads. He showed up on time and got the tree planted in no time. We discussed watering since the temperatures had dropped below freezing and were to stay that way until the following day. He advised we hold watering until the temperatures came up so as not to freeze the root ball. We are very happy with the tree, the communication from Bower and Branch. The tree appears healthy, though it has no leaves due to the time of year.

My tree arrived when promised and was in great shape. No broken branches or scrapes on trunk and delivery team placed it near the hole I had prepared.

I’m grateful for the 3 year guarantee as I ordered this tree (Ivory Spear Crabapple) late in the season. I wouldn’t normally plant this late in the year, but I was concerned it wouldn’t be available next spring. It lost all its leaves within a week. Fingers crossed. I was surprised the tree was balled & burlapped, as I had inquired about this before ordering and was told it would be a container grown tree. This was a new planting experience for me. I removed the burlap and wire cage. It’s November, so I’ll have to wait until spring to see if it makes it through the winter.

My Crippsi Hinoki Cypress was spectacular! It will be the focal point of my front yard.

Planting Services - 5XL Tree

I ordered the 6XL Blaze Maple and it looks great. My one word of advice for the private homeowner is that the delivery is just that and you will need to engage a landscaping service to install the tree. Especially one as big as I ordered. I can't wait until the spring to see it with leaves.
