We had a good planting experience, but the tree itself has emerging health issues. We consulted with an arborist to confirm concerns and then contacted customer service to share findings. They have been weirdly dismissive. A bit unsettling. Maybe they need more training?

Although the person that planted my tree did a great job, I was very disappointed in the timing. I ordered my tree in November of 2023 expecting a planting in April or May of 2024. It wasn't planted until June 19th, on one of the hottest days of the summer, 95+ degrees. This caused great stress to my new tree!

Hey Everyone,
I bought a clump of three of these maples about four years ago and they are thriving. This one was delivered on time and customer service was terrific. I called customer service because the tree seems to be struggling a bit. I just wanted you to be aware. The leaves have holes in them and it just looks droopy overall. It may be shock or the fact that it spent a bit of time on its side because it kept tipping over when it was in the container. Any thoughts or advice would be welcome. Otherwise, we're keeping our fingers crossed and watering it regularly. Always a pleasure doing business with you. Best, Bill and Sue Ferguson

A stunning focal point for the front yard that shows off the beautiful blooms in the Spring and Autumn!! We just had to get one for the back yard for our tv room vantage point too. So excited to see the leaves change this fall against the backdrop of white pine evergreens.
Wintergreen Arborvitae arrived right on schedule and are absolutely gorgeous! So Lush, and Green, and Soft!! Waiting for our contractor to grade the lawn and plant these beauties, but all 12 are thriving in the delievered pots and weathering the wind and storms!
